The following information is to assure our clients of our utmost efforts to support their investments and to clarify the support aims we have for these products.
Our aim for SL 4000, 6000 and 8000 consoles is to endeavour to provide the highest possible level of parts support until they reach 8 years of age. Consoles older than this will likely have components that are unobtainable and are possibly best serviced through classic and vintage pre-owned console parts suppliers.
Clients who have purchased a new SSL console within the last 5 years should be assured of our primary component sourcing and stocking aims to look after any SSL legacy consoles they may own to the best of our ability until 1st Jan 2008.
For those clients who have support contracts, we will continue to honour support package subscriptions which cover the affected consoles until they lapse.
